The Laboratory for Theoretical Investigations of Materials (L-TIM) together with the Center for Synthesis, Processing and Characterization of Materials for Application at Extreme Conditions (CEXTREME LAB), Institute of Nuclear Sciences “Vinča”, and University  of Belgrade would like to thank Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Stuttgart, Germany, for collaboration and providing respective computational support.

The laboratory has modern equipment that includes a computer center with (HPC) supercomputer (HPC – 1 Blade Center with 28 quad core Intel processors (112 single processors), HPC – 2, IBM Center with 30 duel core processors (60 single processors)  and HPC-3, Ryzen Center with 36 hexa core processors, in total over 200 single processors) that uses Linux operating system, and also has the most recent software for theoretical research of materials (see Software). Beside our hardware and software capabilities, we have wide collaboration network for further use of HPC and software resources.
